I crashed the A3C conference with my AB+L Radio Family as we broadcast live.
At this point it is no secrete that I enjoy being an artist. Like really enjoy it. And once again I can claim to have had the time of my life. As you know I am a featured artist in the Moving Art Atl exhibit, an exhibit blending art and acroyoga. Recently we took the show back on the road. This time we took our talents to South Beach...and Wynwood. The acroyoga duo of Celeste Aida and Jordan Coburn set the beach on fire with their Acro Yoga Workshop. Make sure you follow them on IG at @jacofalltrades7 & @fitmatter1432. Also check out the other yogis that came to hang out as well: @@draeabrookes, @urban.wilderness.yoga, @sprdlove, @sunkissed_goddess, @tae_noir and @yogawithredhead. Check out the scenes from the beech below. I'll drop the actual exhibit photos later this week.
A 2 pool party weekend is always an epic event. But when one of those pool parties is actually a video shoot, things can really get interesting. SL Liquors was the brand sponsor for Lil Zane's new video "Just Don't Spill My Liquor!" We grabbed a few shots from the video shoot. Not too many though we don't want to spoil the surprise. Check out the snaps...

Over the last few years the world has been taking major lossess with some of the deaths of several major icons. Michael Jackson, B.B. King, Prince and Muhammad Ali all are devastating. But the loss of Prince & Ali have shaken me up a little bit more because their impact on my life was more than I realized, so losing them really hurt . I've noticed that when we lose these powerful influencers, social media goes HAM. Everyone displays their love and remorse for their favorite artist or athlete yet it is often met without slight cynicism . I see people often saying "you didn't care about these people when they were alive, why act like you care about them now" , and that's a very valid point (since I was the one who actually said it to a friend) so I'm writing this blog to acknowledge my favorite artists of all time and to let everyone know that when she's gone somebody needs to come and check on me .
ABLRadio's LifeAsASocialite crew has teamed up with SX Liquors to bring you the sexiest drinks of the summer! They hosted the official roll out this past Saturday at The Haven in Buckhead Atlanta. The entire summer make sure you follow @InvertTheWord, @Atl_Socialite & @C_Socialite to stay up on all SXLiquors, and LifeAsASocialite events via ABLRadio.com. Check out the shots from last week below.
These days the trend is for promoters to book a venue, Throw a painting or two on the wall, ask an artist to come out and paint live (notice I said ask, not book) drop an flyer and then BLAST social media advertising an "art explosion", or "art mixer" or some other catch bs slogan to go along with it. They do nothing so support the talent they are using to draw in a crowd.. No booking fee, no complimentary drinks, no set up to help artist to sell prints. They actually ask artist to sell tickets! That's just insane to me. Well. That shit is going to stop.
My my team at ATL Socialites are changing the game. Roll out Kickback Atl @ The Grave Yard. For Artist. By Artist.
The second annual TWART Show by Vavvoom was amazing! At first I was a bit nervous because I didn't have anything new painted for the event. I woke up the morning of and got the piece above done in a couple of hours. Below are a couple of snaps I grabbed from the event
The firing of the synapse, the captured glimpse, digitally manifested, then posted.
